Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

We trust you're satisfied with your purchase. However, if you intend to return an item, we are glad to offer refunds or replacements, subject to the following conditions:

• A full refund or replacement (your choice) will be provided if the delivered goods' quality is unsatisfactory (we may request photographic proof). You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the goods via phone or email at admin@herbicare.com.au.

• We advise examining the parcel contents before signing for the courier.

• Before returning any goods, customers must contact herbicare.com.au through phone or email (details available on the website).

• We cannot process cancellations after your order has been given to our courier for delivery.

• Refunds are not issued for change-of-mind returns.

• All eligible refund requests will be processed within 30 days.

• Under the terms outlined, we are pleased to refund or replace items requested within 20 days of placing your order.

• If you suspect your order is lost during transit, please inform us within 20 days of placing your order to qualify for a refund or replacement.

Credit Card Payment via Shopify payment gateway: All credit card transactions are processed in Australian dollars (AUD). Some banks may impose overseas transaction and/or foreign currency exchange fees for purchases outside Australia.
